Our mobile art parties are a convenient, fun and comfortable way to get together and enjoy the creative process. Our mobile events include an event leader to arrive early to set up for your event and get things organized. The party will include all of the necessary art materials, as well as equipment to keep your space and guests clean. We are booking events 7 days a week, with a recommended reservation lead time of two weeks.
MOBILE CLASSIC PAINTING PARTY (Kids & Teens)

Kids will love learning to make a work of art using professional art materials and following guidance from a real artist! This mobile option makes it easy to host an art party at your home, clubhouse or local park. We'll bring all of the art equipment to your space to arrange an art studio experience in your preferred location.
Our classic painting parties are fun, educational and well organized. Kids will feel proud of what they have made, and parents will love having the kids entertained during the party. Time Expectations: Set up 45 minutes prior, clean up 30 minutes after Painting Duration: 1 hour painting lesson for ages 5-7 1.5 hour painting lesson for ages 7-12 2 hour painting lesson for ages 14+ Fees: Kids ages 5+: $175 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional painters are $18 each Teens/ 2 hour session: $225 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional painters are $20 each. PAINT & SIP, BOBA PARTY (kids & teens)

Kids & teens will love this classic painting party with a boba twist! This special party package includes kids choice of an adorable boba themed painting, with a boba tea station to make mini boba drinks!
Time Expectations: Set up 45-60 minutes prior, clean up 30 minutes after Activity Duration: 1 hour painting lesson for ages 5-7, 1.5 hour painting lesson for ages 7-14, 2 hour painting lesson for ages 15+ *Allow an additional 15-30 minutes for kids/teens to enjoy the DIY boba station. Fees: Kids ages 5+: $250 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional participants are $20 each Teens ages 15+: $275 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional participants are $22 each. Materials Included: All art materials as outlined in our CLASSIC PAINTING PARTY. Plus a drink station for making mini boba drinks (1 per child). Cups, straws, popping boba pearls, milk or milk substitute upon request and (3) boba flavors: Cookies & Cream, Mango and Strawberry. CHARMED JEWELRY PARTY (ages 10+)

Create a charm necklace & bracelet that’s uniquely yours, reflecting what makes you distinctively special. Pick and choose the charms that mean the most to you and create your very own custom charmed jewelry. This party package includes all jewelry supplies including necklace & bracelet chain, up to 10 charms per person, and tools to hand make necklaces and bracelets. Set up, clean up and guidance provided by your ArtBeat artist and activity host.
Time Expectations: Set up 20-30 minutes prior, clean up 15 minutes after Activity Duration: Creative time will vary, we recommend blocking off an hour for the activity, which allows for tinkering and finishing the jewelry. Some may finish sooner. Fees: $250 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional participants are $25 each. Materials Included: All supplies for each guest to make a charm necklace and bracelet, Up to 10 charms total. Materials provided include gold and silver chain (variety of styles), gold and silver charms (variety of styles, and sizes), jump rings, clasps, jewelry pliers and organza sachet bags. Not included (and provided by the party host) Tables, chairs, food & beverage *Kids must be ages 10+ to participate in this experience due to the intricacy of using the small jump rings and needle nose pliers.

DECODEN CRAFT PARTY (kids ages 9+)

"Decoden" is a Japanese term for decorating accessories with super cute embellishments like rhinestones & charms. It's an over-the top art form that is fun, easy, permanent and oh-so-cute! Our DECODEN party is great for crafty kids that love the art of making adorably over the top-things! This party is ideal for kids ages 9+, because of the technical skills required when applying the DECODEN paste.
Time Expectations: Set up 30-45 minutes prior, clean up 30 minutes after Activity Duration: 1 hour, includes mixing the DECODEN cream with their choice of color, picking out cute embellishments, and designing (2) hair clips and a wooden frame. Fees: $250 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional participants are $25 each Materials Included: Table covers, kid gloves, DECODEN paste (silicone glue), a variety of cute acrylic charms, rhinestones, 2 hair clips per person, (1) wooden frame, and to-go boxes for projects. Not included (and provided by the party host) Tables, chairs, food & beverage Notes: Kids must be 9+ to participate Projects require 24 hours to full dry. ArtBeat will provide to-go boxes and will package up each art project for safe transport home. Drying directions will also be conveyed. |
ENCHANTED OCEANS PARTY (kids)

Kids love the magical element of making a mini mason jar aquarium, complete with their choice of sea creature figurine, aquarium plant, shells and sea moss. Coupled with our CLASSIC PAINTING PARTY, this is a winning combo for any kids party!
Time Expectations: Set up 45-60 minutes prior, clean up 30-45 minutes after Activity Duration: 1 hour painting lesson for ages 5-8, additional 30 minutes for aquarium build 1.5 hour painting lesson for ages 9-16, additional 30 minutes for aquarium build Fees: All ages: $300 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional participants are $25 each Materials Included: All art materials as outlined in our CLASSIC PAINTING PARTY, plus materials for the aquarium build including mason jars (plastic), sea animal figurines, plastic aquarium plants, rocks, sea moss, sea shells Not included (and provided by the party host) Tables, chairs, food & beverage *Kids must be ages 6+ to participate in this experience.

PLANT PARTY (kids ages 6+ and teens)

Nature loving kids and teens will relish the opportunity to design a terrarium with a real succulent, and treasure hunt through our array of decorative items. Each terrarium turns out unique! Kids ages 6-10 will have the opportunity to enjoy a second garden themed craft of making a decorative garden tile. Kids ages 11+ can opt for the decorative garden tile, or make a macrame hanger for their terrarium.
Time Expectations: Set up 45 minutes prior, clean up 30-45 minutes after Activity Duration: 30 minutes for terrarium build 30 minutes for additional craft project (ceramic pot wind chime or macrame for ages 11+) Fees: All ages: $300 flat fee for up to 7 participants, additional participants are $25 each |

POTION PARTY (kids & teens)

Kids and teens will embrace their inner wizard during our guided potion mixing party. This hands on experience is exciting, enchanting, silly, gooey and magical. It's a big hit for kids ages 6-11. SoCAL KIDS ART PARTY (ages 6+)

<This is a perfect party for any SoCal kid! Parents can pick 2 activities from our SoCal Kid party package to piece together the quintessential San Diego party experience! Additional age restrictions, deposits and advanced scheduling may be required for this party package. If interested in booking this experience, please reach out three weeks in advance of your party date.
PICK TWO ACTIVITIES: Mesh Cap Creative Station includes 1 mesh hat per child with access to stencils and paint pens for decorating, 30-45 minutes Jar Aquarium Craft includes 1 plastic or glass mason jar, and access to items to design an underwater scene. Decorative items include aquarium pebbles, acrylic sea creatures, plants & sea shell, 20-30 minutes Dragon Eye Clay Project Includes glass dragon eyes, air dry clay, metallic paint and carving tools to design a custom dragon eye/good luck charm, 30-45 minutes |
